NPTI Florida will perform a combination of two/three mystery shops to evaluate your Staff, compliance to meet brand standards, customer service, and fitness sales efficacy. We will also look at Risk Management.

Most of all client customer interactions take place initially on the phone and over 85% of customers report being dissatisfied. First step to success is to take a close look at your front line. Every business needs a measurement system that checks performance standards.

If you are a new Fitness business or a seasoned facility he can help fine tune your profit margins.

Your professional mystery shop package may include:

• Review of point-of-sale call. Initial contact experience via phone, text, email, and in-person.

• Review of product knowledge, engagement, overall appearance, customer service and wait time.

• Review of sales efficacy: asking needs-based questions, making recommendations.

• Response of staff, speed of service and urgency created and closing the sale.

• Full evaluation of the results along with a corrective action plan as needed.

• A live 15/30-minute coaching call to discuss findings.
